Meet The Team
Elias Hinojosa M.D.
Managing Partner
Elias Hinojosa is an experienced Medical Physician. He attended American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine where he graduated with a Doctorate of Medicine in 2007. Eager to return back home to South Texas, he attended the Corpus Christi Family Medicine program for his residency completion. Layered by his compassion to provide quality patient care, Elias dedicated many years as a Hospitalist. Furthermore, his ambition to continue his vision, of exceptional healthcare, had led Elias to transition to Emergency room practice.
Apart from Elias’s Medical background, he is also a Veteran from the United States Marine Corps, an Avid Texas outdoorsman, and a devoted family man.
Elias’s vision is to ensure that LoneStar Urgent Care provides their patients with that Texas compassion that everyone deserves.
Jace Cain FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner, Managing Partner
Jace Cain is an established Family Nurse Practitioner. He holds a Masters degree of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College where he graduated with distinction. Driven by compassion to help others, he takes pride in providing the best healthcare as possible to his patients. His goal is to deliver an Urgent Care that Texans can feel proud of. An environment that provides a true Texas compassion; similar to the southern hospitality he received when moving to Texas back in 2014.
His visionary perspective has earned him the opportunity to help establish LoneStar Urgent Care. In addition to his professional career, Jace enjoys fishing, the outdoors, playing the guitar and most importantly spending time with his wife and two boys.
